Competition Terms & Conditions

The Hare and Hounds (“The Dally Ltd”)

1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Proof of age (valid photo ID) may be required to claim the prize.

  • Employees of The Dally Ltd, its affiliates, or partners may not enter.

2. Competition Period

  • The competition opens upon announcement and closes on 19th September 2025.

  • Entries received after this date will not be considered.

  • The prize must be used for an event taking place between September and December 2025.

3. Prize Details

  • The prize consists of:

    • Waived venue hire fee for the rental of a room or area.

    • Complimentary drinks reception (Prosecco, with a non-alcoholic alternative available).

    • Three rounds of drinks for the number of guests agreed at booking, to be circulated throughout the event.

    • Three canapés per person and/or complimentary bar snacks, served buffet style, for the agreed number of guests.

  • The event duration will typically be five (5) hours, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

  • The specific room/area provided will depend on group size and will be allocated at the venue’s discretion.

  • The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or used in conjunction with any other offer.

4. Winner Selection

  • There will be one or multiple winners, at the sole discretion of The Hare and Hounds.

  • The selection criteria for winners will be determined by the venue at its sole discretion.

  • Winners will be contacted directly and must confirm acceptance of the prize within the timeframe provided.

5. Booking Conditions

  • The winner will be required to provide a valid payment card and authenticate a minimal charge as a form of security against a no-show.

  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Any additional costs, including food, drink, or services not specified as part of the prize, will be the responsibility of the winner.

6. Venue Rules

  • Entry is strictly for those aged 18 and over, with valid ID required.

  • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone deemed to be intoxicated, disruptive, or in breach of venue policies.

  • The venue’s standard terms of hire apply to all bookings.

7. Data Use

  • By entering the competition, participants agree that The Hare and Hounds may use their contact information for future promotions, offers, and communications, including those from selected third-party vendors.

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. General

  • The Dally Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or prize at any time without prior notice.

  • No cash alternative is available.

  • Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
