Booking Policy:
We are cashless so you need to bring a bank card to settle your bill.
We operate a challenge 25 policy, so ensure all guests bring ID.
Our license forbids us from having minors in the venue under certain circumstances so you must flag in advance if some of your party are under 18.

Your table will be held for 20 minutes. After this time, your table may be charged a cancellation fee and given away.
If you are late for your reservation, this may be taken off your total booking time.
We will always try to accommodate seated bookings on as few tables as possible, but we may need to split your party across multiple tables.

We will always try to seat your party as close together, however, this cannot always be guaranteed.
For drinks bookings you will be assigned a table with a mixture of seated and standing space, we can not guarantee seats for all members of the party. Larger groups may be required to pre-order and or dine from set menus.

Our venues are also available for private hire, meaning some spaces may be out of use to the public during your visit.
We reserve the right to refuse or eject any guests who appear intoxicated, behaving inappropriately or dressed inappropriately.
Right of admission is reserved and no refund or compensation will be given.
On rare occasions, we may need to move or amend your booking and will work closely with you to find the best solution.
In the event we need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund where applicable.

Cancellations and No-Shows
On key occasion days for our business, we reserve the right to increase the notice required. This will be outlined in your booking journey.

If you cancel your booking without giving the minimum amount of notice stated OR if less than 40% of your expected guests show on the evening, you will be liable for a fee of up to 100% of the minimum spend or authenticated amount. In cases where food has been ordered we will also seek to recoup these costs. In authenticating your card with us you are agreeing to the above policy.

For Exclusive room hires and weddings including private dining: We require 14 days notice ( 28 in November and December)
For Group dining and restaurant bookings: We require 7 days notice ( 21 in November and December)
For Drinks area bookings: We require 7 days notice ( 14 in November and December)
Restaurant bookings of under 6 people can cancel with 48 hours notice

On very rare occasions for security, we may claim your authentication in the 24 hours prior to an event if we have grounds to believe you may not attend; Lack of communication, hostility in comms or any other suggestion of no-show. This will be refunded on your arrival and will return to your account within 3-5 working days. It cannot be used on the night as credit.
